Responsibilities: 

- Manage and draft contracts, amendments, renewals (using templates), letters, and other legal documents
- Review, negotiate and revise third party contracts
- Assist in daily communication with teachers, control and coordination of their work
- Recruitment of new teachers
- Managing schedules for students
- Administration and supervision of the school
- Personnel management

 

Qualifications:

- Associate (Required)
- At least 3 years of experience in Jurisprudence/Paralegal (Required)
- Bilingual English/Russian (Required)
- Bachelor`s (Preferred)

 

Skills and Experience:

- Multitasking
- Excellent written and verbal communication (both Russian and English)
- Diligence
- Stress resistance
- Work experience in educational organizations is a plus

Corporate Accountant

We are currently looking for a Corporate Accountant for our New York office located in Manhattan.

 

Responsibilities:

- Preparing accurate general ledger and reporting packages in a timely manner
- Preparing and filing local, state, and federal tax returns
- Tracking monthly expenditures and revenue
- Handling client billing
- Preparing and tracking invoices
- Assisting with internal and external audits
- Generating reports specific to management requests
- Developing the cash forecast, reconciling the bank statements, and setting up new accounts as needed. Serving as the main point of contact for banking relationships.

- Financial accounting: 3 years (Required)
- Bachelor's (Required)
- CPA (Required)
- Bilingual English/Russian (Required)

We are currently looking for a Customer Account Manager for our New York office located in Manhattan.

 

Responsibilities:

- Familiarize new clients with our services by conducting presentations in a professional manner
- Meet with customers, assess wants and needs, deliver customized recommendations, overcome objections, close sales
- Respond to all customer inquiries/requests in a timely manner
- Provide an outstanding customer experience
- Ability to accurately record information/enter data in a computer application
